The Titanic Hotel, Belfast
Built to go the distance.
The story of the venue
This year’s Speaking Business Summit takes place at The Titanic Hotel, set within the former headquarters and Drawing Offices of Harland & Wolff, the shipbuilders behind the RMS Titanic. Three-storey ceilings, original architecture, over a century of history, this is the actual room where the ship was designed.
Why this building matters
Before it was a hotel, this was where ambitious ideas became real plans, sketch to blueprint, line by line, decision by decision. Drawing Office Two still carries that history today, its ceiling carefully preserved rather than reproduced.
Momentum starts with intent. This building is where the biggest ambitions of an age went from sketch to blueprint, and that's exactly the spirit I want this year to carry.

Just across the road sits Titanic Belfast, the city’s landmark museum, with SS Nomadic moored close by. We’re looking at building in an optional visit after the Summit, more details to follow closer to the date.
